PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or special launches, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We offer a selection of shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day (available for select locations)
Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays due to carriers, weather conditions, or customs may occur.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A Note to Our Canadian Customers
At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping to Canada, as the duties and import taxes on jewelry are often disproportionate to the value of the piece. We want every Asteria experience to feel effortless and fair.
That said, we cherish our Canadian community and, a few times each year, we extend a Concierge Delivery Service designed exclusively for you. During these special windows, Canadian orders are handled through our private delivery channel, allowing for a seamless domestic experience within Canada. The flat-rate fee for this service is $18 CAD.

For Our European customers:
We do not currently offer direct shipping to Europe. However, we’re always open to exploring custom requests on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located in Europe and would like to inquire about a special shipment, please contact us at info@theasteriaco.com.
